The mission of Digital Inclusion (DI) is to lead, educate and train low and moderate income youth and young adults in multiple areas of information technology, and by doing so, create community access to affordable technology, technology support and possible information technology career pathways for those individuals.
The Officers and Board of Directors of Digital Inclusion believe and support this mission completely. None of our leadership receives compensation for their roles and efforts. Almost 90% of all funding goes to pay for student staff to operate the stores and run programs. The remaining is used to cover equipment, supplies and operational costs for the stores.
DI has trained more than 500+ youth, provided two dozen paid college internships, and distributed over a 1000 pieces of technology to low-income individuals and families, organizations, and schools.
Your purchase is more than a sale. It means that we can continue to make an impact in the communities we serve by creating community access to affordable technology, technology support and possible information technology career pathways for our youth.
Thank you for your support.
